To start your order, please visit our menu to browse our offerings and select the product you're interested in. Clicking on your desired item will display an order request form tailored to that specific product. By submitting your order request, we'll be able to ensure that your item is crafted according to your specifications within your preferred timeline. Upon completion, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours to purchase your selected product, initiating the production process!
Is my order guaranteed?
Placing an order essentially serves as a request. Following your order placement, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours ensuring your order can be crafted precisely as you have envisioned.
Is every product the same?
Our products are meticulously curated, ensuring each creation is distinct and unique.
Please note that due to the seasonal availability of some ingredients, substitutions may occur. Rest assured, we are dedicated to delivering the finest boards and bites to elevate your experience.
How long do your creations last?
Please be advised that all creations are perishable and must be refrigerated.
Nonetheless, we do suggest indulging in your board and bites on the day of pickup or delivery to savor their optimal freshness. Though our creations are at their finest on day one, when stored properly, they remain delectable for consumption within 3 days.
Is there a notice required to order?
We are committed to delivering your products exactly when you need them. To guarantee that each item receives the attention and care it merits, we kindly ask for a 48-hour turnaround time for all orders. Require your product sooner? We're delighted to assist in bringing your board and bite dreams to life. A rush order fee may be applicable.
Do you offer workshops?
We love spreading the joy of Beloved Boards and Bites. Please reach out to us, via our contact form, to initiate a conversation about bringing your dreams of hosting a charcuterie workshop to life.
How will I receive my items?
We provide local pickup at Salty Sistas, 2004 NC HWY 172, Sneads Ferry, NC, Wednesday to Saturday from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Additionally, we offer delivery services with a fee based on location. Our delivery areas include Jacksonville, Sneads Ferry, Holly Ridge, Surf City, and Hampstead. A date and time for pickup and delivery are requested to ensure your item is prepared for your convenience.

Yes! We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions to ensure that everyone can enjoy our offerings.
